Telephone System
Our telephone system has now been upgraded and will enable a call back facility to our patients when a high volume of calls are received.
With the call-back function, phone queues are created so that the patients don't have to wait for their turn with the phone in their hands.
Call-backs will automatically take place if the option is selected by the patient.
